What data we collect and why
We only collect data necessary for the platform's operation: first and last name, email address, phone number, veterinary practice identification data (name, address, tax code), as well as patient information (species, breed, age, medical history, vaccinations, treatments). This data is used exclusively for managing appointments, storing digital medical records, sending SMS reminders, and optimizing inventory. We do not collect sensitive data such as sexual orientation, political or religious opinions.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and security, functionality cookies to remember your preferences, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to improve the user experience. You can manage cookie preferences from your browser settings. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we store and protect data
Data is stored on secure servers within the European Union, with SSL/TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Access to data is limited to authorized SheVetWorks personnel and our hosting and analytics partners (Google Analytics), who comply with GDPR. We retain data for the duration of the contractual relationship and for an additional 3 years after its termination, in accordance with legal tax obligations.
Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. You can object to processing for direct marketing or withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, send an email to info@shevetworksdigital.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can contact the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
Transparency and no misleading claims
SheVetWorks does not make false promises, create false urgency, use fabricated testimonials, or associate with official brands without consent. All described functionalities are real and tested. We do not guarantee specific financial or clinical results. The platform is a digital administration tool, not a substitute for veterinary consultation.
