These terms establish the legal and operational framework for using the digital management system for veterinary practices. By accessing the platform, you agree to the terms described below.
SheVetWorks is a SaaS software intended exclusively for veterinary practices in Romania, offering functionalities for managing online appointments, digital storage of patient medical records (pets), and optimization of food and medication stocks. The platform does not provide human medical services and does not replace direct veterinary consultations.
The user (veterinary practice) undertakes to provide accurate and complete information upon registration, maintain the confidentiality of access data, and use the platform solely for professional purposes related to veterinary activity. Any abusive use or violation of applicable legislation will result in the immediate suspension of the account.
SheVetWorks is not liable for errors or omissions in data entered by the user, for temporary service interruptions caused by maintenance or force majeure, nor for indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform. The total liability of the provider is limited to the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months.
All patient medical data and client information are stored encrypted on secure servers in Romania. SheVetWorks complies with the GDPR Regulation and does not share data with third parties without the explicit consent of the user. Full details are available in the Privacy Policy.
The provider reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days' prior notice. The user may terminate the use of the platform at any time by deleting the account from the settings. In case of a serious breach of the terms, access may be revoked without notice.
